About The Position

We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing fintech company based in New York City, looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their in-house Talent Acquisition team on an immediate start basis. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment — supporting hiring across LATAM and the Americas.

Requirements

  • Some experience in a recruitment, HR, or coordination role — agency or in-house
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A strong communicator — comfortable working across time zones and with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with an ATS (Ashby experience a bonus, but not essential)
  • Proactive, reliable, and a natural team player
  • Immediately available or on a short notice period

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview scheduling across LATAM and Americas hiring pipelines
  • Manage candidate communication and ensure a consistently strong candidate experience
  • Maintain and update the ATS (Ashby) with accurate and timely data
  • Support recruiters with job postings, offer logistics, and onboarding coordination
  • Assist with reporting, tracking, and ad hoc talent operations projects
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
