The Recruitment Coordinator provides administrative support to the HR Director and HR Manager in various human resources functions for both facility locations. Assisting with various stages of recruitment, applicant onboarding, employment processes, and maintenance of the HRIS personnel data system. Provide guidance to employees on Human Resources issues. Maintain personnel files to meet regulatory compliance. Handle multiple priorities within appropriate task deadlines. Maintain confidentiality of personnel information. Perform duties in accordance with company mission, values, and behavioral standards.
