The Recruitment Coordinator oversees and implements all membership recruitment initiatives throughout assigned regional areas, working closely with volunteers, community leads, school administration and additional youth organizations. Focusing on both increased volunteer and girl membership, the Recruitment Coordinator will work collaboratively and strategically with all key stakeholders to drive prospect interest and enrollment while demonstrating a strong sense of belonging for all. This role serves as a liaison, focusing on increasing volunteer and girl membership, by developing relationships with schools, community partners, families, and prospective members. This position requires strategic planning, strong communication, data management, and ongoing community engagement to support the mission and growth of Girl Scouts.
