Korn Ferry is seeking a high-volume Campus / University Recruiting Coordinator. This is an administrative support role, not a Recruiter position. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume campus interview scheduling and hiring paperwork coordination, preferably within a financial services company. Candidates must be located in the U.S. Mountain Standard Time (MST) or Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone. The Coordinator will support the recruiting team, candidates, and clients throughout various stages of the recruitment process. Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data tracking/reporting is highly desired.
