We are looking for a Mid-Level RPO Recruitment Consultant to join our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team on a 4–6 month contract. This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals based in Latin America. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, either in-house or within a staffing/recruitment agency. You will support hiring across a variety of roles and industries while partnering closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and project stakeholders to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Experience recruiting for heavy industries (Mining, Energy, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Engineering, etc.) is a strong advantage, but not required.
