The Office of Enrollment Management Communications at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (UTK) invites applications and nominations for our Recruitment Communications Coordinator position. We are seeking candidates who can contribute in meaningful ways to enhance the accessibility of higher education, fostering a diverse and inclusive academic environment, and improving the recruitment and graduation of our students. Enrollment Management Communications at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville is looking to hire a full-time Recruitment Communications Coordinator to implement strategic recruitment tactics to create, nurture, and build relationships with prospective first-year, transfer, or international students and their families. This position supports the student journey in the undergraduate admissions pipeline by maintaining multiple lead generation platforms, collaborating with the Office of Communication and Marketing on lead generation strategy & user journeys online, strategizes social media marketing and digital ad placements, manages lead data & reporting, and executes a robust communication strategy for students interested in attending UT.
