The Recruitment and Outreach Associate (Temp) is responsible for conducting Corps Member recruitment and community outreach activities that are integral to the Green City Force ecosystem of service and community partnerships. The ROA will support the creation and strengthening of pathways to increase interest in GCF’s Service Corps program via the engagement of resident stakeholders, partners, and GCF’s network of alumni to advance GCF’s mission and increase program participation. Under the direct and daily supervision of the Recruitment and Engagement Manager, the ROA will also work with other members of the Service and programs team to advance GCF’s recruitment and community outreach strategy and strengthen messaging and communications. This position is a hybrid, field-based in all 5 boroughs (will require travel to different locations/sites across the five boroughs), office, and WFH, and you and your supervisor will agree on your standard hours for the week. Green City Force (GCF) welcomes applications from Staten Island residents.
