About The Position

Corvi Technologies LLC is a US-based direct-hire recruitment firm seeking established agency partners to handle sourcing and submissions on a split-fee basis. We manage all client relationships and business development, providing signed, exclusive job orders ready for sourcing from day one. We handle candidate presentation, interview coordination, offer management, and fee collection, allowing you to focus solely on sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates. We offer a competitive split-fee model with no upfront costs or retainers, and you earn on every successful placement.

Requirements

• Established agency with a team of recruiters.
• Active sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, or ZipRecruiter.
• Demonstrated experience placing candidates with US employers in at least one of our active verticals (skilled trades, HVAC, plumbing, construction, engineering, manufacturing, and IT).
• Capacity to submit qualified candidates within 48 hours of receiving a job order.
