Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition

Responsibilities

Communicate process updates and provide status reports to candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting cycle.
Manage assessments in alignment with position requirements.
Schedule and participate in interviews or panel sessions.
Assess candidate qualifications, prepare, and extend offer letters.
Maintain up-to-date market knowledge and expertise in various geographical recruitment trends.
Drive improvements in delivery, quality, diversity, and cost targets for recruiting processes.
