Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in recruiting, hiring, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong working knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment law fundamentals.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software.
  • Must be at least 19 years of age.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential.
  • Clear driving record (accommodations may be made if driver eligibility is not met).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver full-cycle recruiting support, including intake meetings, job setup, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Act as a consultative advisor by providing labor market insights, compensation benchmarks, time-to-fill expectations, and screening recommendations.
  • Guide hiring teams on interview best practices, behavioral interviewing techniques, and compliance-sensitive hiring decisions.
  • Screen applications and manage candidate pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, facilitate hiring team communication, and support post-interview debriefs.
  • Assist with digital job board management and ATS job setup in collaboration with the HR Director.
  • Support the offer process by recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other offer details.
  • Coordinate onboarding steps to ensure a smooth and timely transition for new hires.
  • Respond to routine questions from candidates, employees, and managers regarding hiring processes, benefits, and policies; escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Conduct or assist with new hire orientation.
  • Attend and represent the company at local job fairs and recruiting events.
  • Ensure recruiting practices remain compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.
  • Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned.
