Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino is seeking a Recruiting specialist with hands-on, full-cycle recruiting experience to support high-volume hiring for a 24/7 casino and resort operation. This role is execution-focused and process-driven, requiring demonstrated experience working within an Applicant Tracking System, independently managing a high volume of open requisitions, and moving applicants through a structured, complex, and regulated hiring process from start to finish by: Executing full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, applicant review, structured pre-screen interviews, interview coordination, offer preparation and processing, onboarding, and timely non-selection communication Independently managing numerous active requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment Maintaining accurate applicant records, dispositions, and documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Coordinating pre-employment requirements, including transfer eligibility, drug testing, I-9 verification, and gaming license referrals Partnering with hiring managers to maintain hiring momentum while ensuring process consistency and compliance Serving as a primary point of contact for applicants, responding professionally via phone, email, and in person Selection Process As part of the applicant review process, candidates advancing to the in-person interview will be asked to complete a brief, job-related skills assessment. This helps ensure alignment with the role and allows the in-person interview to be as focused and meaningful as possible.
