About The Position

Hargrove is seeking an experienced Recruiting Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has experience identifying and attracting top talent for industrial, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or technical positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting and talent sourcing, with experience supporting multiple hiring managers and priorities simultaneously. Experience recruiting within the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) industry is highly preferred.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting for industrial, engineering, manufacturing, construction, energy, or technical positions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and business leaders.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • PHR or SPHR certification.
  • Experience recruiting within the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) industry.
  • Experience supporting recruiting efforts across multiple states and business locations.
  • Experience recruiting engineers, designers, project professionals, skilled trades, or industrial construction talent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, onsite, and project-based positions.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
  • Create and manage recruiting campaigns, advertisements, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and industry resources to identify candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define position requirements.
  • Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates for consideration.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring logistics.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting on hiring activity and pipeline health.
  • Support university recruiting efforts, internship programs, co-op programs, career fairs, and industry events.
  • Participate in cross-functional recruiting initiatives and process improvement efforts.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive candidate and employee information.
