About The Position

WoodmenLife is seeking a Recruiting Sales Manager for the Lexington or Richmond, Kentucky area. The role leads recruiting and development of a team of independent contracted representatives, supports their sales performance and professional growth, and promotes WoodmenLife’s mission through community and fraternal activities. The position is flexible within the territory and involves travel up to 60%.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 12 months of experience as a WoodmenLife representative or equivalent.
FIC designation or willingness to obtain it.
Compliance with state licensing and continuing education requirements.
Leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to inspire others and build relationships.
Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
Self-motivation and ability to work independently with a dynamic schedule involving up to 60% travel.
Strong character, integrity, and ethical professionalism.

Responsibilities

Set and achieve annual recruiting goals for the territory and inspire the team to excel.
Build relationships with representatives and support their professional growth through coaching, training, and joint sales activities.
Recruit talent by presenting WoodmenLife career opportunities and maintaining a pipeline of potential recruits.
Oversee representative performance through motivation, supervision, and continuous feedback.
Act as a liaison between representatives and the Regional/Home Office to resolve challenges and support operational success.
Represent WoodmenLife in community and fraternal activities and promote its mission and values.
