This role is responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process for assigned affiliates, including sourcing, recruitment, screening, and onboarding of new talent. The Recruiting Partner will also assist candidates with application completion, extend offers of employment, and onboard new employees. Additionally, this position involves participating in community-based employment events and networking groups, representing Hope Network at job/career fairs, and developing recruitment marketing strategies in partnership with the Director of Talent Acquisition. The role also includes developing community partnerships, collaborating with third-party agencies for employment-related activities, acting as a resource for policy interpretation, monitoring data and trends, and promoting positive employee relations. Other duties may be assigned as required.
