About The Position
Corvi Technologies is a US-based direct-hire recruitment firm with an active portfolio of exclusive job orders across skilled trades, HVAC, plumbing, construction, engineering, and industrial sectors. We work with established clients across multiple US states and consistently bring in signed roles that need strong candidates fast. Our team manages all client relationships and business development. We are expanding our recruiter network to handle sourcing and submissions alongside us.
Requirements
- Prior experience placing candidates with US employers is required.
- Must understand US hiring norms, regional salary ranges, and employment eligibility requirements.
- Active access to sourcing tools such as Indeed Resume, LinkedIn Recruiter, or ZipRecruiter is expected.
- Availability during US business hours for at least part of your working day is necessary to reach candidates effectively.
Nice To Haves
- Specialists in HVAC installation and service, plumbing and pipefitting, civil and commercial construction, skilled trades and restoration, engineering, surveying, and geotechnical, or manufacturing and quality control are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates within 48 hours for shared job orders.
