About The Position

Varda is hiring a Recruiting Operations Lead to build and improve the systems, processes, data, and integrations that enable its recruiting team to hire at scale. The Recruiting Operations Lead will administer Greenhouse, connect recruiting tools and data systems, and build dashboards and forecasts that inform recruiting and headcount decisions. The role partners with Recruiting, People, IT, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and HR stakeholders to deliver reliable processes, support cross-functional efforts, and maintain a smooth, human candidate experience. It also supports compliance controls, audits, EEO reporting, and data hygiene, while documenting processes, training the team, and mentoring others. Success means recruiters can focus on recruiting rather than administrative work, the recruiting stack is integrated and reliable at higher hiring volumes, leaders trust recruiting data, and time-to-hire and candidate experience improve without candidates or tasks falling through the cracks. The stated base salary range is $125,000–$170,000 per year. The role is eligible for incentives in the form of stock options and/or long-term cash awards.
