About The Position

The Recruiting Manager owns the full-cycle sales recruiting strategy for our nationwide sales force. You’ll lead sourcing initiatives, optimize our talent pipeline, partner with leadership, and ensure we consistently hire top-tier sales professionals. Your work directly fuels Paynada’s growth, shaping the quality, culture, and performance of our sales organization.

Requirements

  • Proven success leading or managing recruiting efforts in a high-volume sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed recruiting quotas and deliver consistent results.
  • Experience recruiting 1099 sales professionals.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote environment with excellent time management.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms (ADP WorkforceNow preferred).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in merchant services and strong understanding of payment processing is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and elevate the recruiting function to meet aggressive hiring goals.
  • Build and execute strategic recruiting plans for high-volume sales and 1099 roles.
  • Actively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, social platforms, industry networks, and creative outreach strategies.
  • Continuously research new sourcing channels to keep the pipeline full and competitive.
  • Exceed company hiring metrics and drive improvements across all recruiting processes.
  • Screen candidates for skill fit, sales acumen, and cultural alignment with Paynada.
  • Serve as Paynada’s first impression—building strong, long-term candidate relationships.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to final offer.
  • Stay current on industry trends, especially within payment processing and merchant services.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation in ADP WorkforceNow.
  • Partner with hiring managers to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and refine strategies.
  • Build a proactive bench of qualified candidates ahead of organizational needs.
