About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Recruiting Manager to join our Erie, PA office. In this role, you will support the staffing and recruitment needs for Home Health Aides across multiple service territories, helping to build and maintain a high-quality workforce that delivers exceptional care to clients in the community. At BAYADA, Recruiting Managers serve as brand ambassadors and play a critical role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with technology, applicant tracking systems, and social media recruiting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a personal care strongly preferred
  • Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding
  • Maintain and support the staffing needs of the office to ensure adequate caregiver coverage
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, referrals, and community partners
  • Respond to employment inquiries and guide candidates through the hiring process
  • Collaborate with office leadership to develop recruiting strategies and job postings
  • Attend career fairs, hiring events, and networking opportunities to promote BAYADA careers
  • Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection activities
  • Recruit both active and passive job seekers using a variety of sourcing methods
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, orientation, training, and new hire support
  • Utilize social media platforms and recruiting tools to attract top talent
  • Partner with directors, office staff, field employees, and fellow recruiters to achieve hiring goals
  • Participate in strategic initiatives designed to enhance recruitment and retention efforts
