About The Position

The Recruiting Manager on our A+F team is a high-impact position for a proven producer who can engage internally and externally with key stakeholders and deliver talent where it counts the most. You will own delivery across key accounts — driving execution, setting the standard for recruiting excellence, and directly impacting revenue through consistent, high-quality placements spanning executive search, direct placement, and contract/interim consulting engagements. If you’ve been producing at a high level and are ready to elevate into leadership without sacrificing production, this is the conversation you should be having.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ Years of Experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition — with a strong track record of production
  • Leadership Experience managing or mentoring recruiters, with a demonstrated ability to elevate team performance
  • A Proven Production Record — you’ve consistently delivered high-quality placements and can back it up with results
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting Expertise — from sourcing to closing across competitive, high-skill roles
  • Market Intelligence — deep understanding of Accounting, Finance, or Professional Services talent landscapes
  • High-Performance Mindset — you thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments where excellence is expected
  • Radical Communication — clear, direct, and credible with both candidates and internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across your vertical — remaining hands-on in sourcing, qualifying, and closing top-tier talent
  • Hire, train, and mentor a team of recruiters — driving performance, accountability, and professional growth
  • Ensure speed, precision, and quality across all searches — setting a high bar for candidate experience and client satisfaction
  • Partner closely with Business Development to understand client needs and deliver consistently against expectations
  • Implement best practices, workflows, and process improvements to increase efficiency and output across your team
  • Bring real-time talent market insights, compensation data, and competitive intelligence to every search and client interaction
  • Maintain a structured, data-driven approach to candidate pipelines, activity tracking, and performance metrics
