The recruiting manager is a strategic corporate partner entrusted to lead and manage a team of recruiters (internal, contract and RPO) to attract and assess retail talent in a high volume, fast-paced, fun and crazy environment. Your clients are not only the field leaders and hiring managers, but you will be involved with service and sales to help design new and exciting processes. The ideal candidate has a relevant recruiting background in high-volume contact-center or warehouse staffing, is process and metrics oriented, and can drive performance through motivation.
