We're a fast-scaling company in the construction, in-home sales, and installation space — and we're growing fast. We operate in a high-volume, high-stakes environment where the right people in the right seats directly drive revenue, customer experience, and brand reputation. This isn't a sleepy corporate HR function. This is recruiting as a competitive advantage. We're looking for a Recruiting Manager who's built to lead, wired to compete, and energized by the challenge of scaling a team and a function from the ground up. Compensation Package: Base salary starting at $105,000 + Bonus. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for our field and sales operations — construction crews, installation technicians, in-home sales consultants, support staff, and management teams — and build the infrastructure that allows us to hire faster and smarter as we expand into new markets. Right now, you'll be leading a small team (2–4 recruiters). That's intentional. We want someone who can build systems, prove the model, and grow into leading a recruiting function of 6+ as we scale.
