About The Position

The Recruiting Lead manages the day-to-day operations of an assigned recruiting team, serving as the team's first point of escalation and the company's talent expert across all positions. This role delivers multiple facets of recruiting success throughout CBX Solutions in multiple locations in the United States, while helping the team prioritize competing hiring demands and supporting continuous improvement of recruiting practices. This will be achieved through employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Recruiting Lead will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred – Business, Communication, Sales, Marketing or other relevant field
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Recruiting, including prior lead or mentorship experience
  • Experience in relevant social media and job advertising platforms (ex: LinkedIn, Indeed) required
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail of vital importance
  • Proven candidate sourcing skills
  • Excellent computer skills; must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software programs
  • Experience with Dayforce ATS preferred
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
  • Comfortable reviewing offer letters and vendor contracts for compliance and accuracy
  • Self-directed and motivated; requiring minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of their assigned recruiting team; serve as the first point of escalation for team and hiring manager issues
  • Serve as the company’s talent expert across all positions, advising hiring managers and the team on market conditions, sourcing strategy, and role positioning company-wide
  • Help the team prioritize competing requisitions and hiring demands across the region
  • Lead and coach recruiters, providing ongoing feedback and development
  • Develop effective recruiting plans and strategies by studying organizational plans and objectives
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions; meet with and proactively work with managers to discuss needs
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees
  • Maintain effective relationships with social and professional networks to source qualified candidates
  • Responsible for creating and updating job descriptions, attracting applicants by placing job advertisements, screening resumes and candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting managers with the complete hiring process
  • Review all offer letters for their group for compliance and accuracy prior to extension
  • Track and organize agency and vendor contracts for their group; help ensure the team and hiring managers remain compliant with agency policy
  • Manage sponsored job campaigns on Indeed within pre-defined budgets
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition; coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives
  • Manage Applicant Tracking system to ensure compliance
  • Track and report team metrics and hiring trends to the Director, Talent Strategy & Analytics
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to drive recruiting excellence across the team
  • Assists with the coordination between recruiting, onboarding and training
  • Assists with other projects within HR Department as needed
