About The Position

A growing healthcare organization seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee recruiting performance and hiring outcomes. This role combines direct recruiting, team leadership, workforce planning, and process improvement to ensure consistent hiring results. The Talent Acquisition Lead will drive recruiting success across high-volume and specialty healthcare positions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of healthcare recruiting experience.
• Proven success with high-volume and specialty healthcare recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and workforce planning skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics.

Nice To Haves

• Experience leading or mentoring recruiting teams preferred.
• Multi-site or multi-state recruiting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare credentialing and onboarding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting activities, manage hiring priorities, and drive team performance.
• Recruit clinical, nursing, allied health, behavioral health, and advanced practice professionals.
• Develop candidate pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
• Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs, compensation trends, and workforce planning.
• Monitor recruiting KPIs, scorecards, and hiring outcomes.
• Optimize ATS workflows, recruiting processes, and candidate experience.
• Support compliance, onboarding coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
