About The Position
The Operations Hiring Intern will assist in many facets of the recruiting process, utilizing excellent communication skills and professionalism. You will contribute in the hiring of top employees to help serve the mission of Rapid Response Monitoring. Requirements
- Multitask in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication.
- Highly collaborative.
Nice To Haves
- Completed or working towards an A.S. or B.S. degree in a relevant field.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment coordination and support.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as: conducting assessment/testing with candidates.
- Be a Rapid Response ambassador in networking and recruiting events.
- Ensure all candidate notes are collected and stored appropriately.
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and collaborate with hiring team.
- Other special projects, including supporting process development and documentation.
