About The Position
The Senior Recruiting Delivery Leader is responsible for a substantial body of work with significant business impact, leading large to medium recruiting organizations in complex, high‑volume environments. This leader is accountable for orchestrating recruiting delivery, designing strategies that drive business outcomes, and serving as a thought partner to talent integrators and client groups. This role blends strategic leadership, operational excellence, deep functional expertise, and market‑aligned recruiting delivery best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Delivery
- Experience leading managers and ICs in large, complex, high-volume environments
- Experience as a strategic advisor and thought leader supporting senior leaders
- Experience in operational excellence, workforce insights, recruiting metrics, and optimization
- Experience driving modernization, technology adoption, process innovation and advancing AI solutions in Talent Acquisition
- Ability to lead through influence and data
- Bachelor's degree
