Discord is seeking a Recruiting Data Analyst to join our People Analytics team. In this high-impact role, you'll report to our Sr. Director of Analytics, Systems, and Operations and serve as the dedicated analytics partner to our Recruiting function. As a strategic advisor to Recruiting leadership, you'll leverage data to optimize our hiring processes—identifying bottlenecks, building predictive models, designing dashboards, and conducting deep-dive analyses to measure and improve recruiting effectiveness. The teams here at Discord are small but mighty - we are looking for people who are “game” to take on multiple responsibilities to learn and grow in their careers. We are implementing One Model as our new analytics platform and there will be lots of runway to be creative and influence the way we share our data within the organization.
