About The Position

Nutrabolt's Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary) is responsible for supporting the full recruitment lifecycle across the organization. This role combines recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, and hands-on recruiting responsibilities to help hire top talent. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage interview logistics while independently sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for designated roles. This role serves as a key partner to hiring managers and contributes to building a world-class talent acquisition function. This is a temporary position with an anticipated duration through December 2026.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, recruiting, or HR.
• Experience managing recruiting processes and candidate communications.
• Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred) and recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level, professional, and high-volume positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct candidate phone screens.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and recommend talent for hiring manager consideration.
• Facilitate candidate feedback discussions and interview debriefs.
• Manage offer negotiations and candidate closing activities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruiting events.
• Participate in internship and early career recruiting programs as needed.
