We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Sourcer to support our operations team by managing job postings, organizing candidate pipelines, and increasing the visibility of open positions across multiple job boards and social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, understands where to find talent, and is comfortable promoting opportunities through various online channels.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related administrative role preferred.
• Experience posting jobs on major job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and niche recruiting sites.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple job postings and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for promoting job opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting.
• Knowledge of recruiting workflows and candidate pipeline management.
• Basic understanding of employer branding and social media engagement.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with recruiting and hiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Post and maintain open positions across multiple job boards and recruiting platforms.
• Research and identify the best job boards, niche sites, and communities for each position to maximize candidate reach.
• Monitor job posting performance and recommend additional sourcing channels as needed.
• Organize and maintain candidate pipelines within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Prepare, distribute, and track offer letters, ensuring all required approvals, documentation, and candidate acknowledgments are completed in a timely manner.
• Keep candidate records accurate, up to date, and well-organized throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with Regional leaders to ensure job postings are current and aligned with hiring priorities.
• Assist with creating and scheduling engaging job-related content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Support employer branding initiatives by promoting career opportunities and company culture online.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining organized workflows and timely updates.
• Develop personalized outreach campaigns that generate high response rates from passive candidates
• Maintain effective and proactive communication, keeping stakeholders informed about the status of your sourcing efforts.
