About The Position
E-Logic Inc. is seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting team by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruiting documentation, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two (2)+ years of recruiting coordination or human resources experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting technical recruiting teams.
- Experience working in a government contracting or professional services environment.
Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate recruiting calendars and communications.
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System records.
- Prepare candidate documentation and submission packages.
- Assist with onboarding coordination.
- Track recruiting activities and generate reports.
- Provide administrative support to recruiters and project leadership.
