The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization, serving as an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building strong candidate relationships. This role often provides candidates with their first impression of the organization and plays a key part in creating a smooth, professional, and positive hiring experience. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of recruiting coordinator or coordination experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and administrative coordination.
  • Ability to manage scheduling and logistics for multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring managers, including arranging travel for visiting candidates when needed.
  • Maintain and update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems, ensuring accurate data entry and timely confirmation of new hires.
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email, delivering clear and professional communication throughout the process.
  • Track recruiting activities and compile candidate status information into a weekly report to keep stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and prepare and distribute debrief materials to interviewers and hiring teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and enhance scheduling efficiency, suggesting and supporting process improvements.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of other recruiting activities as needed, supporting the broader talent acquisition team.
