The Recruiting Coordinator will sit within the People team, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, and will play a critical role in supporting SPAN's hiring efforts across the company. As SPAN continues to grow, this person will be the engine behind a smooth, candidate-friendly recruiting process, keeping interviews on track, hiring managers aligned to their responsibilities, data organized, and every candidate interaction reflecting the best of SPAN's culture.
