About The Position

A well-established nonprofit organization in Marin County is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their collaborative Human Resources team. This role works closely with the Recruiting Manager to support hiring initiatives across multiple programs serving individuals in community-based settings. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of a small, supportive HR team that values collaboration, kindness, and teamwork. Hybrid : 4 days onsite in San Rafael (1/2 mile from SMART), 1 day remote

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of recruiting or recruiting coordination experience.
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS systems; implementation experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, judgment, and follow-through.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Review incoming resumes and assist with initial screenings.
  • Maintain applicant data in the ATS and track recruiting metrics.
  • Support the implementation and calibration of new HR systems and tools.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth process.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and Talent Acquisition team as needed.
