About The Position

This position provides essential administrative and operational support to the firm’s early talent initiatives. This role helps ensure a seamless experience for candidates, schools, and internal stakeholders by coordinating processes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting events and communication efforts. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, service-oriented, and excited to help build strong talent pipelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1–2 years of administrative, HR, coordination, or professional services experience (internships included).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office; experience with ATS or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Hybrid out of our Atlantic Station office (2-3x/wk)

Responsibilities

  • Administrative & Operational Support
  • Manage scheduling for virtual and on-site} interviews, information sessions, and events.
  • Maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate travel, materials, and logistics for early talent activities, including in office and on campus events.
  • Prepare weekly status updates for the Early Talent Supervisor.
  • Candidate Experience & Communication
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for student applicants and help guide them through the recruitment process.
  • Send confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communication to candidates and internal interviewers.
  • Draft offer letters regarding internship and full-time offers.
  • Event Coordination
  • Assist in planning and executing student-facing events (career fairs, presentations, competitions, leadership programs, etc.). This may include attendance at on-campus events, as needed.
  • Ensure event logistics are organized—materials, shipping, room setup, attendance tracking, and follow-up.
  • Work with school career centers as directed by the Early Talent Supervisor.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Contribute to maintaining firm branding and messaging across early talent initiatives, which may include social media messaging.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and candidate experience.
