About The Position

We are a fast-paced Experiential Marketing Agency based in Long Beach that produces large-scale brand activations, live events, and marketing programs across the U.S. We’re looking for a Recruiter Coordinator to support our HR Manager in hiring local and national staff for upcoming events and programs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced recruiting environments, coordinating multiple candidates and roles, and helping build strong event teams across the country.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, HR Coordination, or a related Human Resources role
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate sourcing strategies
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics
  • Understanding of employment laws and interview compliance, including knowledge of appropriate and prohibited interview questions
  • Knowledge of EEO guidelines and fair hiring practices
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting high-volume or event-based recruiting is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the HR Manager to recruit and hire local and national event staff
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and recruiting networks
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach, phone screenings and in person interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and production teams
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases
  • Track recruiting metrics, candidate pipelines, and hiring reports
  • Post and manage job ads across recruiting platforms
  • Assist with offer coordination, onboarding documentation, and hiring logistics
  • Build talent pipelines for Brand Ambassadors, Event Staff, Production Support, and other experiential roles
  • Support hiring for both local event staffing and traveling national programs
  • Ensure recruiting processes align with employment laws and best practices
  • Help maintain an organized recruiting workflow and candidate experience
