This role plays a critical part in delivering a smooth, professional candidate experience while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across recruiting systems. The Recruiting Coordinator partners closely with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and HR to manage interview logistics, coordinate offers, monitor background checks, and support onboarding processes. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing high-volume coordination while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
