As we transition from the Norm to the Da Vinci commercial prototype, we seek dedicated professionals to support our critical experimental operations. The Recruiting Coordinator will be involved with many functions and services that relate to the company’s human resources division as needed. This person will help with several tasks such as scheduling appointments related to recruiting, helping with HR related events and programs, and back up to the other HR team members on daily tasks. This is a Temporary role About the Job Support Talent Acquisition with Scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating workflows, and assisting in the interview process. Processing and tracking recruiting NDAs. Support and backup HR Specialist with maintaining general HR/Recruiting email inbox. Assist in maintaining and organizing current HR files and databases. Assist Talent Acquisition maintaining Recruiting spreadsheets and Adhoc projects. Assist in coordination and scheduling of HR events and programs, such as Summer Internship program. Help schedule HR team meetings, point person to maintain meeting notes and communication to the HR team. Maintain HR intranet site/space on Confluence. Support and backup, as needed, HR Specialist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and tour.
