About The Position

The Recruiting Coordinator will be involved with many functions and services that relate to the company’s human resources division as needed. This person will help with several tasks such as scheduling appointments related to recruiting, helping with HR related events and programs, and back up to the other HR team members on daily tasks. This is a Temporary role About the Job Support Talent Acquisition with Scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating workflows, and assisting in the interview process. Processing and tracking recruiting NDAs. Support and backup HR Specialist with maintaining general HR/Recruiting email inbox. Assist in maintaining and organizing current HR files and databases. Assist Talent Acquisition maintaining Recruiting spreadsheets and Adhoc projects. Assist in coordination and scheduling of HR events and programs, such as Summer Internship program. Help schedule HR team meetings, point person to maintain meeting notes and communication to the HR team. Maintain HR intranet site/space on Confluence. Support and backup, as needed, HR Specialist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and tour.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of HR Experience, recruiting experience a plus
  • Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings.
  • Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information.
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.
  • Must be able to work onsite a minimum of 4 days a week.
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Required Education: High School Diploma

Nice To Haves

  • HRIS system experience is a plus.
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree
