Recruiting Coordinator

About The Position

We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team during an exciting phase of growth. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the recruiting team to manage the candidate pipeline and assist with interviews for a variety of different roles. You’ll also partner with different team leads to ensure a successful hiring campaign by organizing interview plans and tracking progress.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of client or candidate-facing experience in an office or administrative setting, preferably with a small business or start-up.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or a related field.
  • Top-notch writing and speaking skills, with the ability to reroute questions, coordinate schedules, organize plans, and sometimes navigate topics you are unfamiliar with.
  • Comfortable with data or receptive to learning more about it.
  • Organized and able to juggle multiple projects at once, always hitting deadlines and maintaining confidentiality as needed.
  • Team player who enjoys learning how to work best with colleagues and thrives in cross-functional environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degrees or certifications are a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Applicant Tracking System is kept up-to-date, including updating job postings, programming interview plans, sorting through applications, updating candidate progress, and tracking interview notes.
  • Help Recruiters with recruiting tasks as needed, including drafting Job Descriptions, preparing Interview Plans, and updating Hiring Managers.
  • Keep up with email communications with candidates regarding interview and travel scheduling, feedback, and assist with initial candidate phone screenings.
  • Assist administrative team members with onboarding by updating leadership on incoming hires, relaying information from Recruiting, communicating updates, and addressing incoming employee needs.
  • Work with your manager to keep tabs on candidate pipeline health, recruitment process performance, and other metrics related to recruiting.
