Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or a similar operations-focused role, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Required: hands-on experience with Ashby ATS
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple open roles simultaneously without losing focus or quality
  • Clear, professional communication: candidates and teammates always know where things stand
  • Sharp attention to detail, especially when it comes to data: you catch mistakes before they cascade
  • Comfortable working independently, reprioritizing quickly, and staying composed when things get busy
  • Sound judgment when handling sensitive or confidential information

Nice To Haves

  • Experience coordinating interviews for technical or high-volume roles
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Rippling, Workday, or similar
  • Prior experience with background check platforms (e.g., Checkr or Sterling)
  • Exposure to employer branding or recruiting event coordination

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple roles, formats, and time zones, keeping every moving part organized and on time
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to troubleshoot conflicts, align on timelines, and keep hiring on track
  • Own the accuracy and cleanliness of candidate records and pipeline data in Ashby
  • Support recruiters and HR partners with operational tasks that keep hiring moving efficiently
  • Look for ways to make the process better: if something is slow, unclear, or broken, raise it and help fix it
