As Wpromote, a seven-time Ad Age Best Places to Work winner, continues to scale, our Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator (Temp/Part-Time) to support our hiring efforts during a period of growth. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a thoughtful, efficient, and inclusive candidate experience by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and supporting onboarding logistics. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to a people-first recruiting function. Working closely with recruiters and cross-functional partners, you will help ensure a seamless hiring process while gaining exposure to best-in-class talent practices at a leading digital marketing agency. Please note: This is a temporary, part-time role expected to last 3â4 months, with a commitment of up to 20 hours per week. Candidates residing in Pacific Time (PT) is strongly preferred. The anticipated hourly rate for this role will be $35.00/hr - $45.00/hr, based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and the respective stateâs salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget.
