Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting, human resources, or administrative support?
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills—you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
  • A reputation for professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • High School diploma or equivalent and 5+ years experience, with 3+ years directly related to the job. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.

  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate different candidate schedules or recruitment events.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate interview logistics, ensuring every candidate and hiring team member has a seamless, positive experience.
  • Keep candidate records organized and up‑to‑date in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Draft and post job descriptions across job boards, career sites, and social channels.
  • Be the voice of our company—communicate with candidates about interview details, status updates, and feedback, making them feel valued at every step.Assist recruiters with resume reviews and initial outreach to potential applicants as needed.
  • Compile reports and metrics related to recruiting activities for leadership review.
  • Bring our employer brand to life by organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and engaging activities.
