About The Position

Gallatin is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator / Sourcer to support its growth during a critical phase. This role is highly operational and involves candidate coordination, sourcing, recruiting operations, and onsite support. The position is based full-time in the El Segundo office and will focus on facilitating onsite interviews and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, remains calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and enjoys organization and driving processes forward. Resourcefulness, proactivity, and a willingness to assist wherever needed are key. Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, recruiting operations, or a related talent function.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong professional judgment.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of scheduling, coordination, and operational tasks without sacrificing candidate experience.
  • Experience sourcing candidates across LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms, with the curiosity and persistence to proactively identify strong talent.
  • Ability to craft thoughtful outreach messaging and engage passive candidates.
  • Strong interest in learning how to identify talent and build recruiting pipelines across technical and operational functions.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems, ideally Ashby.
  • You know how to use AI to your advantage in sourcing efforts and process improvement.
  • Strong sense of ownership and willingness to jump into whatever is needed to support the team.
  • Comfort working onsite full-time in El Segundo.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to travel for conferences and recruiting events when needed.
  • Motivation to grow within recruiting and talent acquisition over time.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule virtual interviews across multiple teams and time zones, ensuring a smooth and high-touch candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Facilitate in-person interviews in our El Segundo office, including candidate hosting, interview logistics, room coordination, and day-of execution.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep processes moving quickly and efficiently.
  • Support recruiting operations and process improvement initiatives across systems like Ashby and other recruiting infrastructure.
  • Help maintain clean, accurate recruiting data and reporting.
  • Assist with candidate travel coordination and other recruiting logistics as needed.
  • Operate with urgency while managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Identify opportunities to make recruiting operations more scalable, organized, and candidate-friendly.
  • Source candidates across technical and operational roles using LinkedIn, SeekOut, outbound outreach, referrals, events, and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for priority searches.
  • Represent Gallatin at conferences, recruiting events, and university events to help build long-term talent pipelines and brand awareness.
