About The Position

Temporary position with an expected duration of 6 months Bectran, Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary) to support our recruiting efforts during a high-growth period. This individual will play a key role in supporting day-to-day recruiting operations, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Working closely with hiring managers and the HR team, this role will focus on executing recruiting processes efficiently while contributing to ongoing improvements as we continue to enhance and streamline our hiring workflows. Ideal candidates are organized, responsive, and eager to grow within a fast-paced SaaS environment. This is a temporary position with an expected duration of six (6) months, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on business needs and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, administrative support, or customer-facing roles (internships included)
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, self-motivated approach to work
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfort working with systems and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies or platforms

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process for assigned roles, including resume screening, candidate outreach, and interview coordination
  • Create, post, and maintain job openings across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with role requirements
  • Assist in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other job boards while helping build and maintain candidate pipelines
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and next steps, ensuring timely communication between candidates and hiring teams
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the interview process to support a positive experience
  • Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Support onboarding processes, including background checks, scheduling, and preparation of documentation
  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency
  • Perform additional HR or recruitment-related tasks as assigned

Benefits

  • 60 hours of Paid time off (PTO) for the duration of the 6-month assignment (accrued at a rate of 10 hours per month)
  • Eligibility for paid company holidays, in accordance with Bectran’s holiday schedule and applicable policy guidelines.
  • As this is a temporary position, this role is not eligible for Bectran’s full benefits package. Benefits eligibility will be reviewed should the position transition to a regular full-time role, in accordance with company policy.
