We're creating the ultimate destination for our sports, and we're looking for people like you to join us! THE ROLE: FloSports is hiring a Junior Recruiter to help power our hiring engine. This is a high-impact, in-office role where you’ll own scheduling, support recruiting across all teams, and run our internship program end-to-end. If you’re highly organized, proactive, and want to grow into a full-cycle recruiter, this is your seat at the table.

Requirements

0–2 years experience (recruiting, coordination, or admin)
Extremely organized + detail-oriented
Strong communicator who follows through
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable owning your work
Excited to grow into a recruiter

Responsibilities

Own interview scheduling across all departments (high volume, fast-paced)
Deliver a white-glove candidate experience from first touch to offer
Support recruiting across business, tech, and operations roles
Build and send offer letters
Keep pipelines clean and processes moving in Ashby (ATS)
Run FloSports’ internship program end-to-end
