About The Position

As Junior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in the day to day operations of Stellar Health Recruiting Team. Reporting to the VP, People, you will be tasked with supporting the full-cycle recruitment process for positions across both technical and non-technical functions. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, reporting and general ATS administration. This is a great role for someone with one to two years of experience, who is looking to expand their career in Recruiting.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of career experience in recruiting is required.
  • Prior experience with Ashby is required.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, highly preferred.
  • Excellent time management, project management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethics, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Knowledge of the tech market, trends, and challenges, and a keen interest in staying updated on the latest developments.

Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruiting across functions, including (but not limited to) GTM, Operations, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Engineering and Enterprise Analytics.
  • Independently manage aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and scheduling.
  • Implement personalized and strategic sourcing efforts to identify and engage high-caliber technical talent, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates who align with our company's mission and values.
  • Utilize data to continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruiting processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proactively manage up to address and resolve bottlenecks in the recruitment process, ensuring timely progress by communicating challenges and collaborating on solutions.
  • Maintain a high degree of accountability for your work, consistently delivering on your goals.
