Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills-you're clear, professional, and people-focused
  • Experience with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office tools
  • A high level of attention to detail and follow-through
  • A passion for creating a great experience for candidates and teams

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and manage complex calendars across multiple teams
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
  • Post job openings and keep listings accurate and up to date
  • Support hiring managers with candidate tracking and pipeline updates
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates
  • Ensure every interaction reflects Verde's culture and professionalism
  • Support hiring events, career fairs, and outreach efforts
  • Assist with offer letters, background checks, and pre-employment steps
  • Partner with HR to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to new hire
  • Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Track recruiting activity and help generate reports
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
  • Ensure hiring practices align with employment laws and company policies
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all candidate information
