About The Position
Kinsa Group, established in 1985, specializes in attracting, sourcing, recruiting, and placing executive and management level candidates within the food and beverage industry. Their commitment is to find the "ideal match" for their clients, ensuring talent aligns with company philosophy and culture. They are currently seeking a Recruiting Consultant responsible for identifying and recruiting candidates to fill job orders obtained from clients and prospects by the Business Development team. This role involves developing relationships with food and beverage industry contacts and candidates to facilitate successful job offers and placements.
Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent and 3+ years of progressive experience within recruiting, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- CSP Designation or willingness to obtain CSP is required
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Staffing/Recruiting positions is preferred
Responsibilities
- Recruits, sources, interviews, and selects candidates
- Develops recruitment plan to effectively turn assigned job orders into placements to meet personal and company revenue goals
- Manages offers from clients to candidates
- Maintains a high level of rapport with clients, staff and candidates
- Initiates, develops and maintains recruiting relationships within the food and beverage community
- Attends meetings, providing status reports on current job order activities and future projections
