Position Overview As a Recruiting Consultant at Recruiting Pains, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and sourcing top talent to meet their needs. This role is 100% commission-based (1099), offering unlimited earning potential for those who are motivated and passionate about making a difference.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn over experience alone.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by the potential for long-term success. Comfort with commission-based compensation and the patience to build a rewarding career from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Proactively seek out new clients, understand their recruitment needs, and build lasting relationships based on trust and exceptional service.
  • Talent Sourcing: Identify, engage, and recruit high-quality candidates (rockstars) for your clients through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Consultative Approach: Work closely with clients to understand their company culture, hiring requirements, and long-term goals. Provide tailored recruitment solutions and guidance.
  • Collaboration: Partner with other consultants and team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices. Collaborate to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
