Match with precision: Vet candidates deeply—align personalities, competencies, and expectations to client needs and organizational culture. Communicate with clarity: Share assignment details, compensation, and expectations clearly—and follow up post-placement to ensure seamless transitions and satisfaction. Double as a growth catalyst: Convert hot providers into leads for business development, and collaborate closely with BD teams to expand opportunities.
