Your energy drives the pipeline, and your tenacity delivers real, measurable impact. Be the connector: Hunt down top-tier providers through cold outreach (calls, texts, emails), creative sourcing, events, referrals, and digital channels. Your grit opens doors. Crush your targets: Hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity metrics—and drive gross profit and revenue through purposeful hustle. Relationship-first recruiting: Cultivate provider loyalty and trust; serve as their go-to contact for current and future placements. Match with precision: Vet candidates deeply—align personalities, competencies, and expectations to client needs and organizational culture. Communicate with clarity: Share assignment details, compensation, and expectations clearly—and follow up post-placement to ensure seamless transitions and satisfaction. Double as a growth catalyst: Convert hot providers into leads for business development, and collaborate closely with BD teams to expand opportunities. Referral engine: Leverage your network to tap into new candidate opportunities—turn every interaction into momentum. Cross-functional hustle: Collaborate fluidly across all departments to resolve provider needs, drive seamless operations, and deliver unmatched service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and basic internet/email tools.
  • One year of phone sales experience required.
  • Energy meets execution: Highly motivated, organized, and adept at juggling tasks in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • People-first communication: Warm, clear, persuasive communicator who’s equally strong on the phone and in writing.
  • Hustle-minded team player: Fast, agile, collaborative, and fiercely outcomes-focused.
