As a Recruiting Business Partner, you will partner with dedicated Sourcers to cultivate sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers, and close searches against tight deadlines. In this role, you will be responsible for talent attraction strategies, utilize your experience setting benchmarks and metrics, and exercise high judgment in navigating complex hiring decisions with limited guidance. We need a talented Recruiting Business Partner to help us find the best talent in the world to support our growth. The Recruiting Business Partner will work with a team of peers including Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators focusing in the areas of candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, strategy development and will act as the primary point of contact for supported groups. They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers and meets customer service level agreements. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where they can work independently, make high-velocity decisions, and drive results with incomplete information. They excel at influencing senior leaders and cross-functional partners without direct authority, building credibility through data-backed recommendations and trusted relationships. The best candidates draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners. They leverage emerging technologies including GenAI tools to enhance recruiting effectiveness while maintaining human judgment and ethical standards. They have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, client/account management, organization, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrate sound judgment in sensitive situations. This role can be based in Seattle, Nashville or Arlington.
